My stay at the hotel was absolutely lovely. The rooms were well-furnished and comfortable, and the complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch. The staff, especially Alessandra and Stephanie, went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city. However, the dining experience was a bit underwhelming with overcrowded areas and cold pancakes. Overall, a great value for money stay with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Munster, a charming town that stole my heart. The service had its ups and downs, with some delightful moments but also some issues to note.
